What is an alkaline soap and how does it differ from conventional soaps?
Alkaline soaps have a higher pH value (approx. 8.5) and help the skin to maintain its natural balance. Unlike conventional soaps or shower gels, which often contain synthetic surfactants and can damage the skin's protective acid mantle, alkaline soap helps the skin to regenerate naturally. Our handmade natural soap is gently cold saponified and matures slowly to preserve valuable moisturising substances.
What does 30-day satisfaction guarantee mean?
We want you to be able to try natural soap without any risk. If the hand and body soap does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us free of charge and without giving any reason within 30 days of purchase. As soon as we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase amount within 7 working days. Please note that we will only accept returns of our natural soap products if they have been used in a normal quantity for 30 days or are in their original packaging. How can I return the hand and body soap free of charge?
What a pity. We regret that our natural hand and body soap did not convince you or that you have changed your mind. This can happen and we will be happy to refund the purchase price if you return the product to us within 30 days of receipt. To start the return process, please send us an email to hello@jungkraut.com with your order number and the name of the product you wish to return. You will then receive a free return label from us. As soon as we have received your return, we will refund the purchase price.

We are an owner-managed, self-financed young company that is completely independent of any large corporations or investors. The idea for natural facial care for men was born out of our own need and the lack of good alternatives on the market. Always inspired by the effect of purely natural forces and completely free of harmful substances, we developed Jungkraut's natural skincare for men together with absolute industry specialists. Today, the products are produced in small batches in a factory in Toggenburg, Switzerland.
