Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) after receipt of payment. Shipping is with DHL, GLS or Swiss Post – climate-neutral wherever possible. Deliveries to Switzerland are shipped from Switzerland; deliveries to Germany, Austria and the EU are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

Shipping costs & delivery times

• Switzerland: 5.90 CHF, free from 60 CHF; 2–3 working days (Swiss Post)
• Germany: 3.90 €, free from 60 €; 2–3 working days (DHL); VAT included, shipped from Germany
• Austria: 5.90 €, free from 60 €; 3–5 working days (GLS); VAT included, shipped from Germany
• EU (other countries): 5.90 €, free from 60 €; 3–5 working days (GLS); VAT included, shipped from Germany

Partial deliveries are possible – at no additional cost to you. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, Jungkraut AG may withdraw from the contract; payments already made will be refunded. Where available, you will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation.

Returns
