Cancellation policy

1 General provisions

1.1 This cancellation policy applies to all orders placed with Jungkraut AG, Baarerstrasse 2, 6300 Zug, Switzerland. By placing an order, the customer accepts this cancellation policy.

1.2 Customers have the right to cancel an order as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible and the cancellation and return rights apply.

2 Cancellation before dispatch

2.1 To cancel an order, the customer must contact Jungkraut AG as soon as possible. This can be done by e-mail to hello@jungkraut.com or by telephone on +41 44 515 60 09. The customer should provide their order number and contact details.

2.2 If the order has not yet been shipped, Jungkraut AG will confirm the cancellation and the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of confirmation of the cancellation.

3 Cancellation after dispatch

3.1 Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the customer can make use of his right of cancellation as described in the cancellation policy.

3.2 If the customer refuses to accept the delivery, the return costs shall be deemed to be borne by the customer, unless the delivery was faulty or damaged.

4 Cancellation by Jungkraut AG

4.1 Jungkraut AG reserves the right to cancel an order if:

• The ordered items are not available.
• There is a price error.
• There is suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4.2 In these cases Jungkraut AG will inform the customer as soon as possible and payments already made will be refunded in full.

5 Special provisions for personalised products

5.1 Orders for personalised products can no longer be cancelled after the start of production.

5.2 Cancellations can be made before the start of production. The customer will receive a full refund.

7 Final provisions

7.1 This cancellation policy is subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland.

7.2 Jungkraut AG reserves the right to change this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be published on the website and apply from the date of publication.
