Returns & withdrawal
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reasons. With this, we voluntarily extend the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU from 14 days (Directive 2011/83/EU and the respective national implementing law, in Germany §§ 312g, 355 BGB) to 30 days.
Regarding the condition of the goods: you may inspect the goods as you would be able to in a physical shop. For first purchases of our skincare products and routine sets, the 30-day satisfaction guarantee additionally applies: returns are accepted even for opened and partially used products with a full refund of the purchase price.
Returns are possible for orders placed via jungkraut.ch and jungkraut.com. Please return purchases made from retailers (e. g. Import Parfumerie, Amazon) directly to them.
How returns work
Get in touch within the deadline via our contact page or by email to hello@jungkraut.com with your order number. You will receive a pre-paid return label and all further steps. Return shipping costs are covered by Jungkraut AG. We cannot assign unannounced returns and are therefore unable to accept them.
Damage and incorrect deliveries
Check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or was delivered incorrectly. We will resolve it without fuss.
Exceptions
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are personalised goods with individual customisations as well as gift vouchers.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund all payments including standard delivery costs without delay, at the latest within 14 days, to your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of shipment. Depending on your payment provider, the credit may take a few additional days.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reasons. The period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us (Jungkraut AG, Baarerstrasse 2, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, email: hello@jungkraut.com, phone: +41 44 515 60 08) by means of a clear declaration (e. g. by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Sending the notification in good time is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Consequences of withdrawal
You return the goods to us within 14 days of declaring your withdrawal; we provide you with the pre-paid return label, and Jungkraut AG covers the return shipping costs. You only have to pay for any loss in value if it is attributable to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect their condition, characteristics and functioning; for first purchases of skincare, the more extensive satisfaction guarantee applies.
