Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.
Returns are only possible for orders placed via jungkraut.com. Purchases made through other shops or retailers must be returned directly to them.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@jungkraut.com or via the contact form on jungkraut.com. Please include your order number and your address.
If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: personalized products with individual customization, items explicitly marked as discounted products, and gift cards.
Exchanges
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to obtain the item you want. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@jungkraut.com.
Right of Withdrawal
The following right of withdrawal applies only to consumers in distance selling transactions.
a) Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jungkraut AG, Baarerstrasse 2, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, email: hello@jungkraut.com, phone: +41 44 515 60 08) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, any performances already received must be returned. You must return the goods to us in their original packaging within 14 days after declaring the withdrawal.
The cost of return shipping will be borne by Jungkraut AG.
Refund
Once the returned goods have been received, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods with individual customization.
